- To book a maid service in London, go to the website or application and select “Maid Services”
- Enter the room type and the number of rooms required.
- Select the hours required to complete the service and you will be offered a quoted rate. This can be adjusted after the service if required.
- Fill out a description of what type of housekeeping work is required. For example: “I would like the bedrooms to be hoovered and toilets to be cleaned”.
- Take some pictures of the areas mentioned and upload to the Klean Keepers app (optional but will be helpful)
- Deposit is paid and the service is scheduled.
- Once a cleaner arrives, the payment is finalised through the app. The initial deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
- The deposit will not be returned if the property is vacant or if cancelled.
