Our pricing policy
We at klean keepers ensure the best possible price and guarantee the best possible workmanship for the job at hand. When you book one of our services through our website or the app, we either provide you with an estimated price or a free quote. You will be charged a booking deposit of £25 for most of our services initially and this will be deducted from our fixed price. Any changes from the estimated price will be discussed with you and our expert will only start working only if you are completely satisfied with the pricing and you have accepted the quote through the app or via email if you booked using our website.
Estimated Price
Klean Keepers always try to give you an estimated price for the service that you are looking for. However some complex jobs may require a site visit and we can only give you a quote upon completion of the site visit. Our expert will inform you about any changes that may be incurred from the estimated price and the reasons for these changes if any (this may be extra labour cost, cost of material, parking fees or congestion charges) you will not be charged for the estimated price in the beginning. You will only be charged a booking deposit of £25 for the service that you require. You will only be charged for the fixed price that will be set after our expert have examined the job and have discussed it with you prior to the commencement of the job.
Fixed Price
Once our expert has examined the work that needs to be done and have discussed any changes from the estimated price with you then a fixed price is set. The fixed price is only set after your consent through the app or via email if you have booked through our website. The changes may be due to additional labour hours that maybe required, cost of materials if any or parking fees if applicable. There will not be any changes in the fixed price unlike the estimated price.
Free Quote
Some jobs are a bit more complex and we require a site visit to give you a more accurate quote. You will not be charged any additional amount for this. The jobs that require free quotes can either be accepted or rejected by you and we would be happy if you can provide us with a reason for this. The validity of the quotes that are provided are only for 30 days from the time the quote is provided.
