At Klean Keepers we know that our success can only be achieved through staff that share the same ideals and values as the company. To be “ Better than Perfect” requires a mind set and a focus on all that this statement means to our customers, our staff and our company. This is a culture that can be built upon but cannot easily be taught if the values are not there. That is why we attach such importance to our staff and only people with a “ Better than perfect” attitude are recruited to go through our cleaning courses to become “Klean Keepers”.

Training is the key responsibility of the managing director who is assisted by senior management and supervisors in its implementation.

The training procedure follows the following outline:

· Induction. Our cleaners learn about the Klean Keepers standards and policies as well as what is required of them during their duties.

· This covers Heath and Safety procedures with emphasis on Risk Assessment in the work place and COSHH.

· The third segment covers cleaning method and procedures, as well as product and material usage. This covers various environments, from office cleaning to cleaning of medical facilities and the following of NHS guidelines for such.

· The final phase of training lasts two weeks. The new “Kleankeeper” is attached to an experienced team and learns by doing under expert supervision.

· Only once cleaners can satisfy the Klean Keepers “Better than Perfect” Standard are they released to our customers as fully trained cleaners.

Our policy is to train and re-train in order to achieve that “Better than Perfect” standard of excellence.

Klean Keepers is committed to the highest professional standards and seek to maintain our services to an excellent level for every application, no matter how large or small. Weather a large tender or an end of tenancy clean the same perfect standard applies. As such we are constantly evaluating our policies in line with improvement and up-dated legislation. These dynamic documents form the basis for our procedures, which reflect our responses to changing demand.
